Author Guidelines
Please read these guidelines carefully before submitting a manuscript. Manuscripts that do not conform to these guidelines may be returned for correction before entering the peer review process.

2. Manuscript format

| Page limit | Minimum 4 pages; maximum 15 pages (excess pages may incur additional charges, if applicable) |
| Abstract | 150–250 words, single paragraph, no citations or undefined abbreviations |
| Keywords | 4–6 keywords, arranged alphabetically, separated by commas |

3. Reference style
All manuscripts must follow the IEEE reference style — numbered, in order of citation, enclosed in square brackets, e.g. [1], [2].
4. Required manuscript components
Manuscripts must be structured in the following order.
- Title — Concise, specific, no abbreviations, max 20 words
- Authors — Full names, listed in order of contribution
- Affiliations — Department, institution, city, country for each author
- Corresponding Author — Name, email address, ORCID ID (recommended)
- Abstract — Structured or unstructured, per format rules above
- Keywords
- Introduction — Background, problem statement, objectives
- Literature Review — Critical summary of existing work and research gap
- Methodology — Materials, methods, experimental/simulation setup, sufficient for reproducibility
- Results — Objective presentation of findings, supported by figures/tables
- Discussion — Interpretation of results, comparison with existing literature, implications
- Conclusion — Summary of key findings, limitations, future scope
- Acknowledgements — (if applicable)
- Funding — Funding source and grant number, or a statement that no funding was received
- Conflict of Interest — Declaration of any competing interests, or “the authors declare no conflict of interest”
- Data Availability — Statement on availability of underlying data, or reason if data cannot be shared
- References — As per the reference style below
Results and Discussion may be combined as a single section (“Results and Discussion”) if preferred by the author, provided this is applied consistently.
5. Submission checklist
- Manuscript follows the prescribed template and formatting
- All authors have approved the final version
- Corresponding author is clearly identified
- All figures/tables are cited in-text and properly captioned
- Reference style is consistent throughout
- Plagiarism similarity is within the acceptable threshold (see Publication Ethics)
- Cover letter is included (stating novelty and confirming the work is unpublished/not under review elsewhere)
- Conflict of Interest and Funding statements are included
6. Submission process
Manuscripts are submitted by email to the editorial office. Include your manuscript, cover letter, and any supplementary files as a single submission.
