Author Guidelines

Please read these guidelines carefully before submitting a manuscript. Manuscripts that do not conform to these guidelines may be returned for correction before entering the peer review process.

1. Manuscript types

2. Manuscript format

Line spacing1.5 (single spacing for tables/references is acceptable)
MarginsTop/Bottom: 1 inch (2.54 cm); Left/Right: 1 inch (2.54 cm)
Page limitMinimum 4 pages; maximum 15 pages (excess pages may incur additional charges, if applicable)
Abstract150–250 words, single paragraph, no citations or undefined abbreviations
Keywords4–6 keywords, arranged alphabetically, separated by commas
Heading structureNumbered decimal style (1., 1.1, 1.1.1); do not number Abstract, Acknowledgements, or References
FiguresMinimum 300 dpi; numbered sequentially (Fig. 1, Fig. 2…); caption below figure; cited in text before appearance
TablesNumbered sequentially (Table 1, Table 2…); caption above table; editable format, not embedded images
EquationsNumbered sequentially in parentheses, right-aligned, e.g. (1), (2); built with an equation editor, not as images
ReferencesMinimum 20 for Research/Review articles; at least 70% from the last 10 years; avoid excessive self-citation

3. Reference style

All manuscripts must follow the IEEE reference style — numbered, in order of citation, enclosed in square brackets, e.g. [1], [2].

4. Required manuscript components

Manuscripts must be structured in the following order.

Results and Discussion may be combined as a single section (“Results and Discussion”) if preferred by the author, provided this is applied consistently.

5. Submission checklist

  • Manuscript follows the prescribed template and formatting
  • All authors have approved the final version
  • Corresponding author is clearly identified
  • All figures/tables are cited in-text and properly captioned
  • Reference style is consistent throughout
  • Plagiarism similarity is within the acceptable threshold (see Publication Ethics)
  • Cover letter is included (stating novelty and confirming the work is unpublished/not under review elsewhere)
  • Conflict of Interest and Funding statements are included

6. Submission process

Manuscripts are submitted by email to the editorial office. Include your manuscript, cover letter, and any supplementary files as a single submission.
